Clare Lewis is a member of our Residential Property Conveyancing department in Wrexham.
A Licensed Conveyancer with 20 years’ experience of residential conveyancing, Clare qualified in 2016 after working her way up through the ranks from initially being a secretary.
Prior to joining GHP Legal Clare worked for several law firms in Chester and having lived in Mold all her life, has excellent local knowledge she has found to be very useful when dealing with sale and purchase transactions.
Since qualifying, Clare’s caseload has come largely from lenders and panel referrers, giving her a valuable insight into the communication line through the full conveyancing chain.
