Haf is a Paralegal in our Residential Conveyancing team in our Oswestry office

Haf Edwards joined GHP Legal in September 2024 as a paralegal in our dedicated conveyancing department at 21 The Cross, Oswestry, which opened in 2018 as prestigious offices to accommodate the expansion of our corporate division and relocation of our commercial, property and agricultural teams.

Led by two partners, our property department services both the private residential property sector and the commercial property sector, including agricultural property. Our residential property services include everything from sales and purchases to voluntary land registration, rectification of title, easements, transfers, mortgages and tenancy agreements. Commercial property services cover sales & acquisitions, development & options, leasing, financing, debt restructuring, business start-up and transfers, partnerships and commercial loans & mortgages.

Haf’s role as a paralegal in the property department includes conducting property searches and investigating title deeds, preparing and reviewing legal documents relating to property transfers and ensuring all legal requirements are met in property transactions.

Brought up just outside Wrexham, Haf graduated from the University of Leeds with an LLB Law degree in the summer of 2024. A keen sportswoman, she was a North East Wales County Netball player from Sept 2018 – June 2021 and led the Law Society netball teams as sports secretary and co-captain of two competitive teams whilst at university. She was also Windsurfing Camp Counsellor at Kamp Kohut, Maine USA in her student days and has been a supporter of Wrexham AFC since she was a child. Her current interests include going to the gym, playing violin, travelling and meeting up with friends.
