Iain Hall is a Senior Solicitor and is part of the Commercial Property team in Wrexham
Iain Hall joined our commercial property team in August 2014 after relocating to the area from East Lancashire where he was a partner with two different law firms.
Dealing with all forms of commercial property, development work and landlord and tenant matters, construction contracts and bank security work, Iain has considerable experience in retail and licenced premises lettings, dealing with everything from small corner shops to multi-million pound industrial buildings.
Originally from Montrose in Scotland, Iain now lives with his wife in Chester and between them they have two grown up daughters. A regular club golfer and very keen hill walker, he is currently working to qualify as a Mountain Leader in his spare time and spends every day he can out in Snowdonia or in Scotland
