Kellie Lewis
Chartered Legal Executive
Kellie is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Residential Property based in our Oswestry office
Kellie Lewis is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEx) and an experienced member of our residential conveyancing department in Oswestry where she specialises in residential conveyancing, including domestic sales and purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. Kellie spends at least 40% of her time on freehold/leasehold purchases, 40% on sale transactions and the balance on re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Kellie began her career over 20 years ago with Milton Francis & Hughes (now a part of GHP Legal), where she qualified as a Legal Executive in 2012 after studying Conveyancing Practice, Land, Family and Immigration Law with CILEx Law School, Bedford. She was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute in February 2015 and is a member of the CILEx Shropshire & Mid-Wales Branch.
Originally from Liverpool, with family roots also in Llangollen, Kellie moved to the Shropshire area as a child and attended Rhyn Park Secondary School, St Martins and later Walford & North Shropshire College. She now lives in Oswestry where she is a busy working mum to two sons. When she does manage to find some relaxation time Kellie enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with friends and family. She is also a keen fundraiser for various cancer charities, including taking part in a skydive for Nightingale House Hospice in Wrexham which, she says, is a cause close to her heart.
