Lisa Jones works in the Private Client team in our Wrexham office.
Lisa Jones is a Senior Solicitor who joined the Private Client team at our Wrexham head office in January 2020.
Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2006 Lisa has gained a wealth of experience in all areas of private client work. From the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney to Inheritance Tax and lifetime planning, estate administration, the creation and administration of Trusts and Deputyship applications, she is also widely experienced in setting up Trusts for personal injury compensation.
Working on behalf of individuals, farmers and business owners, the scope of Lisa’s work in estate administration covers both straightforward and more complex matters where inheritance tax is payable and reliefs such as Agricultural Property, Business Property and the Residence Nil Rate Band are necessary to claim.
Lisa was brought up in the village of Acrefair and attended Ysgol Dinas Bran secondary school in Llangollen. She studied for her Law degree at Aberystwyth University and completed the Legal Practice Course at Christleton College of Law in Chester. She now lives in Wrexham with her partner and young son with whom she enjoys spending her spare time.
