Molly Drake
Solicitor
Molly Drake is a Solicitor in our Commercial and Property teams based in Oswestry
Based in our Oswestry office at 21 The Cross, Molly Drake is a solicitor in our Commercial/Property department where the team acts for developers, funders, occupiers and other organisations across a wide spectrum of developments, providing advice on a variety of matters including planning applications and infrastructure agreements, site acquisition and post-development disposal.
Molly joined GHP Legal in August 2019 after completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Christleton, Chester with a combined Masters, in Law, Business and Management, in which she gained a Distinction. Prior to that she studied Law at Cardiff University where she was awarded a First class LL.B.
Initially working in a solicitor support role as a Paralegal, Molly gained experience in our Wrexham head office where she was involved in a range of different legal matters including Civil Litigation, Personal Injury and Dispute Resolution. Recognising her considerable ability, we offered Molly a training contract and she qualified as a Solicitor in November 2021, at which time she joined the team in our dedicated Commercial and Property office.
Born and brought up in Wrexham, Molly, like many other members of our team, returned to her home town after finishing university. A former netball player for Wrexham and North Wales, she likes to keep fit and active by regularly visiting the gym.
