Rod Waters is a senior solicitor in the civil litigation department at our Wrexham office where he deals with all aspects of dispute resolution. Rod has a wealth of experience, in both civil litigation and personal injury work, gained over more than 30 years.
He handles dispute issues across a wide spectrum, ranging from landlord & tenant, property and neighbour disputes to professional negligence, consumer and business contract disputes. Rod also has considerable experience in industrial injury and disease claims including successfully bringing group test litigation on behalf of a major trade union.
Married with four children, Rod is a keen sportsman who enjoys walking. He lives in Colwyn Bay and is a member of the North Wales Golf Club.
