Paralegal to take up solicitor training contract

A paralegal working at one of the area’s leading law firms has been offered a training contract that will enable her to become a fully qualified solicitor.

Hannah Fynn joined the property department at the Oswestry office of GHP Legal as a paralegal in January 2014, where she has since provided support for solicitors handling corporate, commercial, residential property and agricultural work.

Keen to further her career after assisting GHP Legal lawyers with acquisitions and mergers, company formations, commercial terms and conditions and company secretarial work, Hannah recently completed her Law degree. The training contract offered by the firm will allow her to continue her formal legal training on a part time basis while working full time for GHP Legal.

Robert Williams, partner and head of training at GHP Legal, said:

“As a paralegal Hannah has gained a wide range of experience assisting in substantial transactions and also specialist lease work involving educational establishments and the telecommunications industry. Her ability to succeed in the profession has been clear for some time and we are pleased to be able train her to reach that goal.”
