Work done by a leading North Wales law firm during a single week has raised £1700 for charity.
Three solicitors at the Wrexham and Llangollen offices of GHP Legal raised the money during the Nightingale House Hospice Will Week which ran 10-14 October.
The law firm, a long-time supporter of Nightingale House, waived its fees for writing a basic Will during the campaign period, making donations to the hospice instead.
Solicitor Rhodd Humphreys, who specialises in private client work, said: “GHP Legal has historically supported free Will schemes in favour of charities. This year we chose to support the Nightingale House Hospice Will Week, giving clients the peace of mind of setting their affairs in order and at the same time enabling the hospice to continue its amazing work.
“Donations from last year’s campaign funded over 200 bereavement support sessions for children and young people. I and my colleagues, Ben Talbot and Sarah Kennedy, were delighted to give a further boost to the hospice funds.”
