A trainee with one of the area’s largest independent law firms is the latest in a long line of successful aspirants at the firm to qualify as a Solicitor.
Sarah Tidswell, who works in the Wrexham head office of GHP Legal, joined the firm as a paralegal in 2016 and was offered a training contract four months later. The firm has offices in Wrexham, Llangollen, Chirk and Oswestry and employs around 100 people.
Prior to joining GHP Legal, Sarah had worked as a paralegal for over three years after gaining a degree in Law and Business at University of Liverpool and completing her legal practice course with a commendation at Chester University of Law.
In her previous paralegal role Sarah worked within a large housing and regeneration team that specialised in shared ownership property transactions. She is now a key player in the property team at GHP Legal, where she deals with both residential and commercial property transactions, including work involving secured lending, refinancing, sales and purchase and leases.
Congratulating Sarah on being admitted as a solicitor, GHP Legal Training Partner, Nathan Wright, said: “Since joining the firm in 2016, Sarah has gained an enviable reputation in the legal profession for her pragmatic, efficient yet meticulous approach to all aspects of property law. She is highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike. Sarah is a valued member of the property team at GHP Legal and has an extremely bright future ahead of her”
