Anne Davies is a senior solicitor in our Matrimonial and Mental Health Department at our Wrexham and Oswestry offices. She represents clients in all areas of family law, having dealt with cases in the Court of Appeal and House of Lords, in addition to the County and High Courts. Because of her expertise, Anne has often been asked to comment on Children Law and associated matters in the media.
Anne represents parents, other family members, children, Guardians and the Official Solicitor in care proceedings, and is therefore skilled in accommodating all perspectives in this legal area. She is a member of the Law Society Children Panel, British Association for the Study and Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect and The Association of Lawyers representing Children.
Anne deals with divorce and civil partnerships, often representing clients in high value financial disputes involving valuation of companies, partnership assets and shareholdings.
Born in Cardiganshire and the mother of twin daughters, Anne now lives in Chester. In her spare time she enjoys hill walking, travel, the theatre and playing bridge.
