Daniel Stitt is an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department at our Wrexham head office. He specialises in supporting clients with personal injury and clinical negligence claims, providing clear, practical advice with professionalism, care and specialist expertise.
Daniel joined the firm in July 2026, bringing with him 15 years’ experience in personal injury and clinical negligence law. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in a wide range of complex and sensitive matters, including a number of high-profile inquests following the deaths of ex-military personnel and a minor involved in a tragic UK theme park accident.
Having studied law at Liverpool John Moores University, where he also completed his Legal Practice Course, Daniel has developed extensive experience across a broad spectrum of claims. His background includes road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, public liability claims, noise-induced hearing loss, military claims, mesothelioma claims, costs matters, general civil litigation and contested probate.
As part of our Wrexham personal injury team, Daniel is committed to helping clients secure the best possible outcome in both straightforward and complex cases. He takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, offering honest, straightforward advice and guiding them through every stage of the claims process with confidence and care.
