Richard Lloyd is our Senior Partner, Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and is Head of our Property team in Oswestry
Welsh SpeakerRichard Lloyd is the firm’s Senior Partner and COLP (Compliance Officer for Legal Practice) and heads up the Property department at our Oswestry office. He has been a partner of GHP Legal since the firm merged with A W Brown & Lloyd in 2000.
A member of the Country Landowners Association, Richard now specialises in agricultural and high value commercial and residential property matters. With almost 40 years experience since being admitted Richard has practised in many other areas of law including Criminal, Civil, Probate & Wills, Matrimonial and Employment.
Richard has three children and is a fluent welsh speaker. Among his interests he lists rugby, farming and forestry, hill walking and Welsh cultural activities. A keen and active member of his local community, Richard is a school governor and a Chapel Deacon.
