A public law care case expert who earlier this year joined one of the largest family law teams in North Wales has been awarded Children Law Accreditation by the Law Society.
Aishah Etoumi, a Solicitor with GHP Legal which has offices in Wrexham, Llangollen, Oswestry and Chirk, now joins colleagues Natalie Roberts, John Lancaster and Anne Davies as members of the Law Society Children Panel.
With a long time special interest in Children Law, Aishah has represented many parents facing the removal of their children by Local Authorities, as well as being involved in two reported Court of Appeal cases.
Natalie Roberts, head of Family Law at GHP Legal, said: “Accredited members of the Law Society Children Panel must have demonstrated that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of Children Law and the representation of children.
“We knew when we invited Aishah to join the team that she had a wealth of knowledge and consistently aimed to get the best outcome for her clients. I am therefore not in the least surprised that she has gained Children Law Accreditation so soon after joining us. She will be a great asset to the firm hopefully for many years to come.”
