Following a steady growth in the housing market leading Wrexham law firm GHP Legal has appointed a new conveyancing assistant.
Karen Vaughan has joined the residential property department at the firm’s Grosvenor Road head offices.
Born in Wrexham, Miss Vaughan has more than twenty years’ experience of working with law firms where she specialised in sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and right to buy transactions. In 2005 she qualified in Land Law and Contract Law with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.
Welcoming her to the firm, GHP Legal Partner, Pamela Whitley, said: “Our residential property department is buoyant and Karen’s appointment reflects this. She brings with her a wealth of experience and will be a valued member of the team.”
