A Wrexham father of two who despite suffering from arthritis is challenging himself to do 15,000 steps a day in aid of charity during August is urging others to do the same or sponsor him.

Ant Watkin, who works in the Debt Recovery department at local law firm GHP Legal, ran a total of 60 miles during the month of August last year in a similar challenge, raising more than £450 for Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA). 

My sister died earlier this year and I was joint executor of her Will. When we were going through her bequests I noticed that they stated: “for his own beneficial use absolutely”. However, when I got out my own Will and looked at it there was no wording like that. Please can you explain what ‘own beneficial use absolutely’ means?
