A Wrexham personal injury lawyer has expressed his gratitude for the ‘jolly good sponsorship’ that enabled him to raise £165 at the weekend in a charity bike ride.

A Wrexham solicitor has warned that cuts to legal aid are ultimately denying warring parents the right to a relationship with their child.

Q:  A childhood accident left me with a scarred, crooked nose. After inheriting some money I decided to have plastic surgery on it at a private clinic. After the surgery, due to bruising and dressings, I had no idea what my nose really looked like but when everything settled down I was horrified to find my nose was still crooked, but in a different way.

Q: The application form I completed for the job I have just been offered requested what I consider to be sensitive information that my employer will undoubtedly keep on file. Am I entitled to check that the information is being held accurately, and is my employer legally entitled to pass that information on to anyone else?

The head of one of the area’s largest family and mental health law teams has warned that a ruling last Thursday by the President of the Family Division will lead to rapid changes in the law for vulnerable people and their families and needs to be matched by an increase in funding.

Q:  My partner and I separated over a year ago and he is being really difficult about paying maintenance for our two sons and sticking to agreed access terms. My mother says I should take him to court but I am sure I recently heard that you can't just go to court now; you have to go through a different process. Can you please explain the process?
