Q.  I have lived with my partner for 10 years but I am thinking of leaving her because she never takes me anywhere or buys me nice things anymore. We never married and my name is not on the mortgage. Can I get any money from her if we split?

Q: Whilst we were away on holiday our neighbours decided to paint their fence and the paint has come through the gaps, leaving our garden furniture, decked patio and conservatory splattered with blue paint. Q. My husband is really annoying me lately. I told him it was over between us months ago, but he just will not leave the house. I need him out asap. What can I do?
